We use user registration on the website, which is obligatory for full functionality of the training. For this purpose we collect your personal data. According to art. 13 para. 1 and par. 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation from April 27th, 2016, we inform you that:

  • The administrator of your personal data is Citizens Advice Reading;
  • You can contact the data protection officer at ceo@citizensadvicereading.org;
  • Your personal data will be processed on the basis of granted consent in order to grant you functionality of the website;
  • Your personal data will be outsourced to Federacja Konsumentów, a non-profit consumer organisation in Poland, who is a host of this Moodle platform, but will be not used by Federacja Konsumentów for any other purposes except the processing the Moodle training.
  • Your personal data will be not transferred to any other third party for any other purposes;
  • You have the right to access your data and to rectify, delete, limit processing, data transfer, object, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing, which was made on the basis of consent before the withdrawal;
  • You have the right to file a complaint with national GPRD protection entity name, if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation from April 27th, 2016

Changes to our Policy

It might happen that we have to change our Privacy Policy, for instance to comply with new legal requirements. If we make any changes to our policy, we will make this information publicly available on our website; the date and nature of the change will also be clearly indicated.
